Refund policy

Because all items are final sale, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges that can be made unless we sent a product that is different from what you ordered. If you received the wrong product, please file a claim by sending an email to kc1400mediagroup@gmail.com and we will make the proper corrections. Include your name, order number, email address and a picture of the item that you received. This must be done within 5 days after the item delivery date. There are no exceptions. Also, please be sure to check the size chart to verify that you are purchasing the correct size before you complete your order.
